1. Raw Material Verification

Securing Halal Integrity at the Source

The certification process begins with a strict inspection of raw materials.

ATASMIYA inspectors carefully verify pallets containing chicken fillets intended for breaded production. Each crate is sealed during slaughter and primary processing under ATASMIYA supervision. Our agents ensure:

  • Official ATASMIYA seals are intact

  • No tampering has occurred

  • Documentation matches certified slaughter records

Only fillets that fully comply with Halal standards are approved for transformation into chicken tenders. This first control step guarantees that the production chain begins with verified Halal-certified meat.

2. Continuous Production Monitoring

Once the raw materials are validated, ATASMIYA agents initiate active supervision of the production facility.

Before production begins, a comprehensive hygiene inspection is conducted. All machinery, tools, and work surfaces are examined to ensure they are:

After sanitation approval, our agents monitor every production phase:

4. Mission Completion
